This meditation guides you through a slow, deliberate relaxation of the face, moving from the forehead down through the eyes, cheeks, jaw, and chin. The face holds more tension than we realise, and releasing it sends a powerful signal to the nervous system that it's safe to let go.

Best used lying down in bed, just before sleep. Close your eyes and let yourself be guided.

You'll need: A quiet space, somewhere to lie down, a blanket if you'd like one
